Leonard D. Bell
Leonard D. Bell served as co-founder/co-owner of Bell Manufacturing Company, one of the nation's largest manufacturers of woven labels for apparel. Leonard also was co-founder and general partner of Private Investments, Inc., an investment firm for high net worth executives that made real estate and energy investments of more than $1 billion. Politically, he has served as the co-finance chair for Senators Bob Packwood of Oregon, Bob Dole of Kansas and Paula Hawkins of Florida. His charitable activities include serving on the national executive committees of The Joint Distribution Committee, AIPAC and the United Jewish Appeal (UJA). He also served as national chairman of the Young Leadership Cabinet (1965-1968) for UJA, and is a former member of the Young Presidents' Organization and the World Presidents' Organization. He received his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College.

John S. Castle
John is the Corporate Development Officer for Branford Castle, Inc., a strategic holding company focused on acquisitions in the $10-40MM enterprise value range. John also serves as the director of one of Branford's portfolio companies, Dreyfus-Cortney, Inc. Earlier in John's career, he was Director of Business Development for AirWave Wireless, Inc. and an Analyst with the investment banking firm Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. Mr. Castle was a John Harvard Scholar at Harvard College (A.B.) while graduating cum laude and later earned his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. Arnoldo Fiedotin, MD
Arnoldo was the Director of Cardiology at St. Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta since 1967 until his retirement in 1994. He was the first in the Southeast to perform coronary arteriography and angioplasty. A Board-certified cardiologist and Clinical Associate Professor of Cardiology at Emory University, he is a Fellow of the American College of Medicine, American College of Cardiology, American College of Chest Physicians, and a Charter Fellow of the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. He is the Founder of Atlanta Cardiology Group, the largest cardiology private practice in the State of Georgia. Arnoldo graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and was a Cardiology Fellow at the Cleveland Clinic prior to his practicing in Atlanta.

Craig Frances, MD
Craig is a principal at Summit Partners, a $2BB private equity firm in Palo Alto, California. Previously, Craig was president of the .tv corporation, a managing director at idealab and a co-founder of yourPharmacy.com. Craig was also chief medical resident at UCSF. Craig graduated first in his class from Cornell University Medical College and received his BA with honors from Cornell University.

Marco Iansiti
Marco is the Managing Director and David Sarnoff Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Professor Iansiti's research has focused on technological innovation, product development, entrepreneurship and operations seeking the drivers of productivity, flexibility and adaptation in organizations. Marco has investigated more than 100 companies ranging from dominant players like Microsoft, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Ford Motor Company, Unilever, and ATT to ventures like Yahoo! and Ariba (starting when they were less than 3 people in size). He authored and co-authored more than fifty articles, papers, book chapters, cases, and notes. His most recent book, "Technology Integration: Making Critical Choices in a Dynamic World," was published by Harvard Business School Press. His upcoming book, "Keystone: Strategies for Managing Business Ecosystems" will be published by HBS Press next year.

Professor Iansiti's current research investigates the implementation of successful strategies for companies who wish to better understand and manage innovation and operations in complex networked industries, also known as "business ecosystems." The work focuses on the key drivers of sustained profitability, value creation and operating leverage.

Professor Iansiti has worked with and advised a wide variety of Fortune 500 firms in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to software, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Model N Inc. Professor Iansiti also sat on the Board of Mobilian Corporation, a successful wireless networking company that was recently acquired by Intel. Professor Iansiti received A.B. and Ph.D. degrees in Physics from Harvard.

Scott Schwartz
Scott is Vice President of CIVC Partners, a $1.3BB private equity firm based in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining CIVC, Scott was a Vice President at American Industrial Partners-the $1BB private equity fund based in San Francisco, California. Prior to American Industrial Partners, Scott was an Engagement Manager with the Corporate Finance and Strategy Practice of McKinsey & Company. Mr. Schwartz graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he received an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with high honors.

Ramesh Ragu
Ramesh is the VP of Customer Services at Model N, a leading enterprise software company that focuses on the lifesciences industry. Ramesh has over twenty years of experience in senior management roles in both large and small enterprise software companies and in major consulting firms, with a proven track record in building and growing large consulting practices and with complete profit and loss responsibilities for teams of over 150 employees. Prior to joining Model N, Mr. Ragu was SVP of Worldwide Professional Services at PostX Corporation, where he sold and delivered solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Previously, he was VP of Professional Services for Inktomi Corporation. As Practice Leader at Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Ragu developed and managed a customer care and billing practice; he performed a similar role at KPMG. Other experience includes senior management positions at Versant Corporation and Ontos, Inc., and engineering positions at GenRad, Systems Control Inc., Bechtel, and ISTS Inc. Mr. Ragu obtained his BS in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Madras, India, and earned an MS in electrical and computer engineering from the University of New Mexico.

Larry Zarin
Larry is the Vice President of Brand and Corporate Development for Express Scripts (Nasdaq - ESRX), a $16BB pharmaceutical benefits provider. Previously, Larry was the founder of Team Z enterprises, which provided marketing strategy to Fortune 500 clients such as 800 Flowers and Discovery Channel. Larry was also the co-founder of HamOnRye Technologies, a leading Virtual Reality equipment provider and a former Vice President of Contemporary Productions, a leading entertainment company.
